This morning we moved Norma and her little Ferrari (#8) into the big pen. Ferrari explored his new world with vigor, every once in a while looking back at his mama to make sure she was still around. Ferrari is a cute little ram whose eyelids are just a little high giving him that perpetual "surprised" look. However, it may not be anything to do with his eyelids; he might just be perpetually surprised at this particular time. His world has just quadrupled in size. Wait until the stampeding hoard arrives tonight when the entire flock pours into the barn. Don't worry, we'll make sure Ferrari is in a safe place for his first introduction to all the other sheep. These lambs tend to adapt quickly to changing environments.
