We saw our first snow on Sunday December 4th this year, about 5 inches of fluffy wet snow that stuck around, although much of it melted in a couple of days. I was glad to see that it did not keep the animals from grazing. The cold temperatures are coming; winter is upon us. Actually, I'm looking forward to the season, as long as it doesn't get too cold or snowy. This year, however, I am prepared for anything. I even have a 72inch snow thrower at the ready attached to my tractor. Old Man Winter, do your worst.
