Take a gander at Barney, our new goat. Of course, not even this little cutie could ever replace Goofy, but Barney is a wonderful little goat--very friendly and very soft.

On November 13th, 2014 we lost a dear dear member of our family. Bear Valley Farm just won't be the same without our Goofy. We'll treasure him in our hearts forever. 
I finally had some time to put together the latest films from the Valley of the Bear. "One Summer Day" is a twenty minute 'day in the life' kind of movie where you can get a really good idea what a typical summer day is like for us at the farm. "Goodbye Sheep" is a film I really didn't think I would ever make, since it's all about saying goodbye to the sheep we love and my heart just wanted to leave it be. But this is all part of the farm experience I suppose. Gratefully, five of our lambs were sold to a very nice family near West Bend, WI, who will be starting their own flock with our sheep. I'm so glad that some of our sheep will go on and live happy lives on another farm.
